All content provided through the Handyman Pro Club — including Telegram channels, private chats, Notion knowledge base, and video sessions — is the intellectual property of Artur Astanov. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials outside the club without written permission is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Access and Membership

Access to private channels, content, and events is granted only to active paying members. Unauthorized distribution of content or sharing login credentials will result in immediate removal without refund.

1.3 Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription plans are available for the following durations:

• 1 month – $79 (30 days)
• 3 months – $195 (90 days)
• 6 months – $360 (180 days)

All subscriptions are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on the selected plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Due to the nature of digital access, refunds are not provided for partial use or early termination.

1.4 Legacy Pricing Policy

Users who subscribed before a price update will retain their original pricing as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If the subscription is canceled or lapses, any future renewal will be billed at the current rates effective at that time.

1.5 Conduct

All members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional tone in club spaces. Any form of harassment, spam, or unethical behavior may result in account removal.

1.6 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
